Nope, no hidden charges here. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you will pay. And with free shipping on all orders, you can rest assured that there won’t be any unexpected fees.

We want you to be delighted with your Rivano purchase, so we accept returns in the following circumstances: • delayed delivery of the product • wrong product received • damaged product received Just make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging and unused. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the full amount within 14 working days.

We are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, though in most cases, you will receive your items sooner. We make every effort to ship out each item within three working days of the order date, so you can start enjoying your purchase right away.

We always include an invoice with every order we ship out. However, if for any reason you have not received it, don’t worry! You can quickly request a copy by filling out a simple form on our website.
