Shipping Details – Shipping and Return Policy

Rivano products should be delivered as soon as possible to our customers, and we strive to make this happen. Rivano offers free shipping on all orders.

Shipping from Rivano

  • The shipping address for each order needs to be specified at the time of payment. Orders to different addresses will need to be placed separately.
  • Orders are shipped within three working days from the date of order. During festivals, sales, or when other circumstances arise, it may take up to 5 working days.
  • We process orders Monday through Saturday. Next-day processing for orders placed on Sunday.
  • Only reputable couriers deliver Rivano orders quickly and safely.
  • In some cases, it may not be possible to ship all items together in one order.
  • Orders take 7-10 business days to arrive.
  • Pay on delivery and with prepaid cards. Rivano doesn’t offer COD services in all pin codes. Rivano offers the option to ‘Check Cash On Delivery Availability’ when you checkout, where your pin code is entered.


We will provide a refund or replacement if you request it within one day of receiving your order.

  • Delivery delay if you have not received the product, you can cancel the order, and we will refund the full amount to you within 14 days. Bank delays, calamities, or national holidays may delay refund processing.
  • Received the wrong item
  • Delivered with damage
  • Conditions 2 & 3 will result in reverse pick-up. Only complete products with packaging & accessories will be refunded or replaced. Any missing or damaged items (including the box) will be deducted from the advance payment and refunded. Payment in advance is required for replacing a product.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for defect-free products based on color, shade, or sound characteristics.

Rivano Warranty Guidelines

  • Their original purchaser’s warranty only covers Rivano products.
  • Warranty services are limited to product repair or replacement at Rivano’s discretion.
  • For warranty services, proof of purchase is required.
  • We will arrange to pick up the device from your address when the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or by email. Rivano may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse if the reverse-pickup facility is unavailable at your location. The customer service team will share the tracking details. When you ship your product yourself, Rivano will not be responsible for loss or damage.
  • Warranty coverage for Rivano is limited to repairs and rectification. Replaced devices will be in equivalent condition, with or without packaging and accessories.

Rivano Warranty does not cover

  • Instructions are not followed when using the product.
  • A variety of things can damage the product: pests, animals, rodents, accidents, liquid spills, and extreme temperatures, water logging, chargers that aren’t recommended, wires that are cut or severed, improper use, etc.
  • Regardless of whether the product is used during the warranty period, this warranty will automatically expire at the end of the 12 months.
  • Normal wear & tear or usage causes the product’s color to degrade or peel.
  • • The product looks & feels bad, and the display dims under direct sunlight, and low sound quality due to dust accumulation.
